Larry Nelson Parsell Jr., 60, of Stanley, passed away on Monday, October 16, 2023, at Page Memorial Hospital.
He was born on June 22, 1963, in Fairfax and was a son of the late Larry Nelson Parsell Sr. and Peggy Lee Powell Parsell.
Larry owned and operated Larry’s Auto Repair for 40 years and was a member of the Rileyville Gospel Church.
On March 31, 1984, he married Lisa Rae Painter Parsell, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, Ryan Parsell of Stanley; a daughter, Stephanie Knight and husband Adam of Stanley; a brother, Thomas “Toby” Parsell of Luray; two sisters, Kathy Cave and Pam Foltz, both of Stanley; and two grandchildren, Weston Knight and Landon Parsell, both of Stanley.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 20, at the Rileyville Gospel Church by Pastor Donnie Lam, with visitation one hour prior to the service, from 10 to 11 a.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, va.
