June 29, 1908 — Mr. J.D. Frazier began the 1908 threshing campaign at Mr. Martin Gander’s the first of this week.

Mr.W.N. Jenkins and son are plastering at Bentonville for Mr. Duke this week.

Miss Mary Rothgeb is expected home this week from Bridgewater Coillege, where she has been better preparing herself for her chosen profession, school teaching.

Mr. Jacon R. Seakford is engaged in moving the geraded school building at Stanley.

Mr. R.V. Dovel has delivered 225 cords of bark to Stanley up to the present time.

Mr. Lynn Black is expected home from the hospital on the 28th inst. It is thought by the physicians that all danger from hydrophobia is now past.
