REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Town of Luray, Virginia
OFFICE CLEANING SERVICES
The Town of Luray is soliciting proposals from interested area cleaning services to complete the weekly cleaning services for the Luray Municipal offices, as well as potentially weekly cleaning at the Luray Train Museum, and other Town facility spaces.
The Town requires a work contract, a valid Certificate of Insurance with the Town listed as an Additional Insured, and monthly invoicing.
Interested cleaning services may contact the Town office to obtain a listing of required and optional services, as well as a Proposal Submission Sheet. A review of the facilities to be cleaned is recommended prior to submission of the proposal. Cleaning services must provide their own cleaning equipment and supplies as part of their proposal. The Town obtains some office and bathroom supplies through UniFirst.
Proposals are to be submitted in writing no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025, and include a copy of current insurance and current business license, as well as recent local references regarding work quality.
