
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF LURAY
PROPOSED BUDGET AND
TAX, FEE, AND RATE INCREASES
FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2025 – JUNE 30, 2026
Pursuant to the Code of Virginia §§ 15.2-107, 15.2-2503, 15.2-2506, and 58.1-3007, notice is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the Luray Town Council in the Luray Town Council Chambers, located at 45 East Main Street, Luray, Virginia, at 7:00 P.M., June 9, 2025.
Please submit public comment concerning the proposed budget and/or any proposed tax, fee, or rate increase through any of the following means: During the Public Hearing at the Meeting; Email: bchrisman@townofluray.com; Mail: Luray Town Council, Attention: Bryan Chrisman, Town Manager, Post Office Box 629, Luray, Virginia, 22835; Hand delivery: Place in the exterior DROP BOX in the alcove located at the front of the Town’s offices facing Main Street; or Phone: (540) 743-5511. All comments must be submitted by noon Monday, June 9, 2025, and include the commentor’s name and address to be read aloud at the hearing. This hearing will be live streamed on the Town’s website. All normal Rules of Procedure will be followed.
