March 17, 1966 — Today, Friday and Saturday marks the “Grand Opening” of the new Luray Sport Shop and Hardware, at 201 W. Main Street.
Lloyd G. Kibler, who purchased the Menefee Hardware Store formerly at this location, has remodeled the entire exterior and interior to provide large windows and a spacious and inviting display and sales area.
The shop will handle a complete line of sporting goods and hardware, lawn and garden supplies and equipment, and nationally advertised Sherwin Williams paints.
