Age 97, Luray, Va.
Margaret Irene Lang Bywaters, 97, of Luray, died on Sunday, Jan. 3, 2021.
She was born on Oct. 29, 1923, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Lloyd Franklin Lang and Ruth Irene Miller Lang.
On April 10, 1939, she married Buddy Calvin Bywaters, who died on March 10, 1974.
She is survived by two daughters, Edith Mae Blosser and Elva June Blosser, both of Stanley; a sister, Anna Vaughn of Luray; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 22 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Roy Calvin Bywaters; five brothers, Randolph William, Clarence, Kirby, Vernie O. and Charles Lang; and two sisters, Kathleen Sours and Reva Zirkle.
A private service will be conducted on Wednesday, Jan. 6, at the Mount Zion Cemetery in Luray by Pastor Leroy Hulvey.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
