from the Page County Animal Shelter to showcase their personality.
This playful duo is Billy and Mandy!
Billy and Mandy are approximately 5-month-old siblings. Together, they found themselves at the shelter in search of a new loving home and new adventures.
Billy and Mandy love to spend time batting their toys around and playing with each other through the gates on their kennels. They love to tease the other and get into mischief. When they’re not busy playing, they’re busy being as cuddly as can be! The two of them are sweet and social. They love attention and pets.
While Billy and Mandy look almost identical, they can be told apart by their eye color and personalities. Billy has blue/green eyes, tends to be pretty goofy, and is the more playful one of the two. Mandy on the other hand, has golden eyes and a more dignified and calm demeanor.
They love each other’s company as much as they love yours. After all, two is better than one!
