This is Maizy…
Maizy is a repeat in the news, still at the shelter and available. She came to the shelter as an owner surrender and is 6 years old. She has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
Maizy is the whole package; she’s the type of dog who greets every day like it’s her best one yet, tail wagging and eyes shining, ready for fun and affection. She adores spending time with people and thrives on being part of the action.
Whether you’re heading out for a walk or just relaxing on the couch, shell be right there beside you. She’s a total cuddle bug who loves belly rubs and gentle pets, and shell happily lean into you for hugs like you’re her favorite person in the world.
She also enjoys the company of other dogs and would love a canine playmate who can match her friendly, goofy energy. However, Maizy isn’t a fan of cats and would do best in a home without them (she promises to make up for it with extra love and kisses!)
