Nevin Lane “Buck” Kibler, 67, of Stanley, died on Friday, Dec. 24, 2021, at Winchester Medical Center.
He was born on Nov. 2, 1954, in Rockingham and was a son of the late Joseph Oliver Kibler and Frances Hilliard Kibler.
On June 29, 1973, he married Carla Berry Kibler, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Cindy Stidham and husband Freddy of Stanley; three sisters, Peggy Freeze, Elizabeth Nauman and Mary Miller, all of Shenandoah; two brothers, Wayne Kibler of Shenandoah, and Ralph Kibler of Luray; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Wanda “Patsy” Kibler; and five brothers, Rodger Lee, David, Allen, Kenneth and Charles Kibler.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 30, at the Graves Chapel Cemetery in Stanley by the Rev. Terry Cave.
Viewing is planned from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 29, at the Harvest Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
