July 24, 1986 — Dr. Buchanan M. Dugan will open an office for the practice of general surgery Aug. 1 at the Hawksbill Professional Building, 125 North Hawksbill St., Luray.
“Page County is conveniently located and a beautiful place,” said Dr. Dugan in noting his reasons for locating in PageCounty. “Thepeople are warm, personable, pleasant and down to earth. We want our children to grow up in the country.”
His wife, Lisa Dugan, is a registered nurse, who has an interest in people and enjoys working with patients.
She will be assisting with setting up the office and will be the office manager.
Dr. and Mrs. Dugan have a 10-month- old son, Patrick.
