Age 97, Luray, Va.
Norma Marquerite Murphy, 97, of Luray, died on Monday, Oct. 26, 2020, at Hawksbill Assisted Living.
She was born on Sept. 7, 1923, in Worcester, Mass., and was a daughter of the late Carl O. Berg and Mabel Oslund Berg.
On July 17, 1948, she married William Murphy, who died on July 29, 1988.
She is survived by two daughters, Gail Griffith and Sharon Murphy, both of Luray; a son, Daniel Murphy of California; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services are planned for a later date.
