ORDER OF PUBLICATION
WHEREAS, Plaintiff’s Complaint seeks to quiet title to the property located at 2042 Dovel Hollow Road, Stanley, Virginia 22851 (“Property”); and
WHEREAS, an Affidavit has been filed showing that the Defendants “All Persons Known or Unknown Claiming Any Legal Or Equitable Right, Title, Estate, Lien, Or Interest In The Property Described In The Complaint Adverse To Plaintiff’s Title, Or Any Cloud Upon Plaintiff’s Title Thereto” (“Publication Defendants”) are set out in the pleadings by the general description of “parties unknown,” who by reason of true names and capacities, are unknown to Plaintiff, and may have a beneficial interest in the Property; and
WHEREAS, upon consideration of the entire record, Plaintiff’s Motion For Alternative Service and To Enter Order of Publication is GRANTED; and
ORDERED, that Plaintiff may serve the Publication Defendants by publication; and
ORDERED, that this Order of Publication shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Page Valley News, a newspaper of general circulation in Page County, Virginia; and
ORDERED, that the Publication Defendants shall file a responsive pleading on or before December 1, 2026, which date is no sooner than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order of Publication.
