Age 77, Rileyville, Va.
Patricia Ann Taylor, 77, of Rileyville, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023.
She was born on March 17, 1946, in Havre de Grace, MD, and was a daughter of the late Laban Cletus Mayes and Elsie Arbeulah Tibbett Mayes.
On August 22, 1964, Patricia married James Franklin Taylor Sr., who died on December 9, 1996.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Denise Presgraves of Rileyville, and Christina Frances Alger of Winchester; four grandchildren, Christopher Presgraves and Jacqueline Burton, both of Rileyville, Earl Alger Jr. of Berkley Springs, WV, and Timothy Johnson of Blacksburg; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, James Franklin Taylor Jr.; two brothers, Raymond and Ivan Mayes; and two sisters, Marion Martin and Betty Houlihan.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday, December 4, at Culpeper National Cemetery.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
