Age 84, Luray, Va.
Penelope Smith, 84, of Luray, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2020, at Page Memorial Hospital.
She was born on July 12, 1935, in Luray and was a daughter of the late William Mckay and Elizabeth Bray Mckay.
On Dec. 23, 1961, Penelope married Warren Randolph Smith, who died on Oct. 3, 2013.
She is survived by two sons, William Smith and wife Ginger, and Nicholas M. Smith and wife Sherry, all of Luray; two grandchildren, Erin Smith and Joshua Smith, both of Luray; and one great-grandson, Easton Smith of Luray.
A private graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday, May 13, at the Beahm’s Chapel Cemetery in Luray by the Rev. Erich Bennett.
