Phyllis Gayle Runyon Henry

Age 84, Stanley, Va.

Phyllis Gayle Runyon Henry, 84, of Stanley, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024, at her home.

She was born on July 5, 1939, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Nelson Runyon and Virgie Runyon.

Phyllis was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Luray.

Surviving in addition to her husband, Arthur Henry, are a son, Trevor Henry; a daughter, Lila Silvious; a grandson, Camron Silvious; and a nephew, Randy C. Nicholson.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Clinton Page Runyon and Norman Wayne Runyon; and a sister, Shirley Carol Runyon.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 26, at Shenandoah Memorial Park in Winchester by Minister David Mathews.

Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
