Proper conduct in the Post Office

Luray-Cave Hill

April 28, 1911 — Conduct in the Post Office lobby, especially when the evening mails are being opened, has come to such a pass that Postmaster Holtzman has been compelled to call the attention of the civil authorities to the matter.

Before arrests are made the Postmaster desires to give all such offenders fair warning, after which if the trouble is not corrected he will enforce the law.

Loud and boisterous talking, and in some cases indecent conduct, are the chief causes of complaint.
