February 13, 1986 — “I feel like now my records are secure to the point that I could reproduce anything that might be destroyed by fire.”

Luther E. “Ikey” Miller, clerk of Page County’s Circuit Court, recently extolled a year- long effort in which the court’s records were microfilmed for security purposes.

Miller learned that the state finances such record-keeping projects while serving on the State Historical Records Advisory Board.
