The Shenandoah Recreation League is now holding registration for its upcoming Cal Ripken Baseball and Babe Ruth Softball seasons.
Singups will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. any night there are recreation basketball games at the Shenandoah Elementary School gym. Registration will also be taken from 10 a.m. to noon each Saturday in February at the Shenandoah Town Hall on First Street.
The cost is $50 for tee ball (boys and girls ages 4 and older on or before May 1, 2020) and $70 for ages 8U to 12U baseball and softball. There is a $30 discount offered for families with three or more children playing — provided that all players register at the same time.
Players must also provide a copy of a birth certificate if it is their first year playing with the recreation league.
