Robert Eugene Runyon, 58, of Richmond, died on Monday, Dec. 21, 2020, at St. Mary Hospital in Richmond.
Mr. Runyon was born on March 11, 1962, in Harrisonburg and was a son of the late Vernon “Abe” Runyon and Carol Shenk Runyon.
He is survived by a sister, Wilma Waters of Luray; and a brother, James Runyon of Luray.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Juanita Black.
Services are planned for a later date.
