Roy Lee Pearman Sr., 64, of Front Royal, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2026, at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville.
He was born on June 4, 1962, in Wytheville and was a son of the late William Carl Pearman Sr. and Gladys Marie Shaffner Pearman.
On November 10, 1984, he married Michelle Brown Pearman, who survives.
In addition to his wife, Roy is survived by three daughters, Crystal Viars of Max Meadows, Celina Meador and husband Anthony of Middletown, and Jenna Renner and husband Christian of Front Royal; three sons, Roy Pearman Jr. of Front Royal, Ryan Pearman and wife Melissa of Stephens City, and Eric Pearman of Front Royal; a sister, Daisy Lambert of Fries; and 12 grandchildren, Cheyanne Viars, Shae Viars, Gracie Pearman, Anthony Meador, Angelina Pearman, Atlas Pearman, Maevyn Renner, Miles Meador, Bodhi Pearman, Harrison Meador, Liam Renner, and Hazel Pearman.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Hazel Bowman; and two brothers, William Carl Pearman Jr. and Ray Pearman.
He was a proud owner of his business R&R Drywall. During his free time, he was a true car enthusiast who took immense pride in his Corvette and Firebirds, but nothing made him smile quite like his grandchildren. He loved spending time with them, watching them grow, and being their Paw Paw.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 5, at the Newport Christian Church in Shenandoah by Pastor Cole Lindsley, with visitation one hour prior to the service, from 10-11 a.m. Burial will be in the Newport Cemetery.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
