Per Governor Northam’s announcement today, all schools will remain CLOSED for the remainder of this school year.
Within the next 24 hours, all school divisions will be given guidance from the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) pertaining to graduation credits, continuity of learning with a focus on equity and other matters.
Meals will continue to be provided to students.
We know you will have many questions and we ask for your patience and understanding while we work on the details in collaboration with our federal and state agencies.
We will have more to share with our stakeholders later this week, and we will continue to communicate the next steps and plans as they evolve throughout the upcoming weeks and months as we navigate these uncharted waters together.
