December 9, 1965 — Individual report rooms at Page County High have raised over $5,000 of the estimated $18,000 needed for completing the field, lights, bleachers, and enclosure of the local athletic field.

During the five years of the life of Page County High School, the athletic teams have used the stadium in Shenandoah, which is five miles away. Completion of the local field with track will round out the athletic program at Page High.

Report rooms at Page have been competing to raise the needed funds. Some of the money will be borrowed on special notes secured by school patrons, and will be repaid with profits of the concession and gate receipts.
