Thomas Harry Nauman Jr., 79, of Stanley, passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at Hawksbill Assisted Living in Luray.
He was born on June 5, 1947, in Stanley and was a son of the late Thomas Harry Nauman Sr. and Mattie Blanche Stoneberger Nauman.
Thomas was a driver for Southern States in Luray, retiring with 48 years of service. He was a member of the Hilliard Chapel Assembly of God in Stanley.
On June 5, 1965, he married Vernell Comer Nauman, who survives.
In addition to his wife, Thomas is survived by three sons, David Nauman and wife Stephanie of Luray, Jeff Nauman and wife Tammy of Luray, and Keith Nauman and wife Angie of Stanley; a daughter, Kim Housden and companion Jamie of Stanley; 10 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Austin Nauman; and a granddaughter, Mattie Nauman.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 31, at the Hilliard Chapel Assembly of God, with visitation one hour prior to the service, from 10 to 11 a.m.
