THE TOWN OF SHENANDOAH, VIRGINIA, Plaintiff

vs.

EDWIN CARROLL STEPP, et als, Defendants

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Plaintiff for delinquent real estate taxes on tax map number 102A4-1-5-8.

It is ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Page Valley News and that Edwin Carroll Stepp, Michael Heightchew, Kelly Heightchew, Emily Heightchew and the heirs of E.C. Stepp, also known as Elbert Christopher Stepp, Lillian Pearl Bruce Stepp, Doris P. Price and Gary Eugene Heightchew appear at the above-named Court and protect his/her rights on or before 9 a.m. on December 15th, 2026.
