Luray High School junior Emilee Weakley lead the Bulldogs to three more wins over the past week as they cruised through the Region 2B tournament.
Weakley averaged more than 30 points over the three games as the Bulldogs defeated Stuarts Draft by 38 points, Stonewall Jackson by 27 points, and finally Staunton by 30 points to claim the Region 2B championship on Sunday.
Luray (11-0) heads to King William on Wednesday for a 5:30 p.m. tip-off in the semifinals of the VHSL 2A tournament.
