William Franklin Turner, 64, of Stanley, died on Sunday, October 16, 2022, at Harrisonburg Health and Rehab.
He was born on May 24, 1958, in Alexandria and was a son of the late Franklin Earl Turner and Betty Dawn Cash Turner.
Mr. Turner was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
On March 23, 2014, he married Sherry Brown Turner, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two sisters, Patricia Mason of Tennessee, and Debbie Verbrycke of Virginia; a brother, Dwight Turner of Tennessee; and four children.
Services are planned for a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
