Age 91, Luray, Va.
William Thomas “Billy” Fox, 91, of Luray, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
He was born on November 30, 1932, in Charlottesville and was a son of the late Charles Collier Fox and Vinda Elizabeth Kibler Fox.
Billy was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from Wallace Business Forms in Luray, with 30 years of service. He was a member of the Rileyville Baptist Church.
On February 14, 1992, he married Nina Baldwin Fox, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are three daughters, Charlene Sours and husband Milton of Rileyville, Darlene Darnell of Luray, and Marlene Bryden and husband Freddy of Warrenton; five grandchildren, Anthony Rowe (Stacey) of Winchester, Christopher Jenkins of Orange, Matthew Cloude (Bronwyn) of Luray, Nathaniel Sours of Rileyville, and Amanda Dunleavy (Brendan) of Jeffersontown; and seven great-grandchildren, Natalie Rowe of Winchester, Nicole Rowe of Winchester, Damien Jenkins of Culpeper, Chloe Jenkins of Culpeper, Logan Sours of Stanley, Landric Rowe of Winchester, and Luke Rowe of Winchester.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 19, at the Rileyville Baptist Church by the Rev. Dan Ellis, with visitation one hour prior to the service, from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in the Beahm’s Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
