Alfred Eugene Dorch, 68, of Stanley, died on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021, at the University of Virginia Medical Center.
He was born on March 15, 1952, in San Antonia, Texas.
Mr. Dorch was a veteran of the United States Army.
On Feb. 29, 1976, he married Janice Riley Dorch, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two daughters, Gabrella Moore of Luray, and Lydia Harvey of Raleigh, N.C.; a son, Amos Dorch of Stanley; and two grandchildren.
Services are planned for a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
