This date marks the 100th anniversary to the day when two groups of “very determined women” met with the intention of establishing a hospital in Page County. This women’s self-defense class teaches how to defend against common chokes, grabs, bear hugs, and other attacks, including fighting on the ground and when confronted by a weapon.
