LURAY, Sept. 28 — At approximately 8:15 p.m. Luray police officers and Page County deputies responded to a report of a fight in progress, where a person had been stabbed in the parking lot at Ralph Dean Park.
The suspect vehicle fled the scene. It was located and stopped a short time later on Meadow Lane. A male subject exited the vehicle and fled on foot.
The male subject was later located in a residence on Lawler Avenue and identified as Robert Allen Laing, a 27-year-old male. Based on the investigation, Laing, of Mineral, Va., was arrested for Malicious Wounding.
Tenika Desire Clark, a 28-year-old female from Maryland, was arrested for Assault and Battery and Destruction of Property.
Additional charges are pending.
