Brenda Martha Richards Osborne, 82, of Luray, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at Hawksbill Assisted Living in Luray.
She was born on March 31, 1944, in Stanley and was a daughter of the late Carl Richards and Cora Belle Southard Richards.
Her husband, Herbert Lee “Herby” Osborne, died in 1981.
Brenda is survived by two sons, Bryan Osborne of Grottoes, and Andy Osborne of Luray; a daughter, Crystal Osborne Stellmach of North Carolina; five grandchildren, Brandon, Caleb, Morgan, Hunter and Dylan; four great-grandchildren, Cora, Camden, Everleigh and Jensen; and her devoted collies, Gorby and Lilly.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Ruth Gray, Ethel Hawkins and Marie Aleshire; and five brothers, Alvin Richards, C. Melvin Richards, Gerald Richards, Harold Richards and Gene Richards.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at the Luray VFW Comer-Jones Post 621.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
