To the Citizens of Page County,
The American Legion, Post #22, Luray, is again planning its annual Veterans Day program. As an important part of that planning, the Veterans Day committee would again like to recognize and honor all Blue Star and Gold Star families that have not been previously honored.
We are asking that if your family, or if you know a family, that has an immediate family member serving on active duty in any branch of the U.S. Military, please contact the Post with the pertinent information.
As Veterans Day plans are being made final, Post #22 will contact those of record to be honored during the Veterans Day program. Blue Star and Gold Star families will be invited to be present on Saturday, November 11, prior to the 11 a.m. celebration start.
Please contact Commander Rich Worrell by e-mail at: alpost22@yahoo.com prior to the end of business on October 25.
For God and Country,
Richard Worrell ~ Commander, Miller-Campbell-Baker Post #22 of The American Legion, Luray, Va.
