Carlton Edward “C.E.” Biller, 32, of Luray, died on Friday, Jan. 7, 2022, at Winchester Medical Center.
He was born on Jan. 10, 1989, in Charlottesville and was a son of Claude Edward Biller Jr. of Stanley and Angela Good McPeak of Luray.
He is survived by his companion, Jamie Waters of Luray; three sons, River Richards, and Cole and Ashton Biller, all of Luray; two daughters, Lakelyn and Averee Biller, both of Luray; a brother, Cody Sours of Front Royal; and a sister, Tamara Eppard of Bridgewater.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 14, at the Calvary Independent Brethren Cemetery in Stanley by the Rev. Donnie Sherfey.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
