May 5, 1966 — William W. Campbell is a man who, in his own words, believes in “going ahead and doing something I believe in, rather than just talking about it.”

That’s why Luray will have a modern, 3,000- foot airstrip, weather permitting, in the next 30 days.

It’s the first step in the development of a technical-industrial center that is talking shape on the former Lewis Long farm on Dry Run.
