May 9, 1991 — Philip G. Emerson of Williamsburg was appointed executive director of the Jamestown- Yorktown Foundation by the foundation’s board of trustees at its recent semi- annual meeting.
Emerson is a native of Luray and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Keith H. Emerson of Willow Street. He is a 1977 honor graduate of Luray High School.
