Hearing set for obscene conduct ordinance

November 13, 1986 — County attorney Rodger Smith has completed a proposed ordinance which would regulate nude dancing, display or exposure, obscene conduct and massage parlors in Page.

At their monthly session Monday, the Page County Board of Supervisors unanimously passed a motion by Medford L. “Bill” Painter of District 4 to take the proposal to public hearing.

The hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 2 at the Page County Courthouse.

  1. Transport offenders one way to San Francisco or Los Angeles. It’s ok to take a dump on the sidewalks there, so everything in the ordinance can be handled easily.
