Kevin Scott Dodson, 57, of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023.
He was born on July 7, 1965, in Fairfax and was a son of Betty Jean Dovel Dodson of Sperryville and the late Thaniel Marcus Dodson.
On Feb. 14, 1991, Kevin married Penny Workman Dodson, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his mother and his wife are a son, Kevin Scott Dodson Jr. of Palmyra; a stepson, Michael Herring of Lake Monticello; a brother, Terry W. Dodson of Sperryville; and seven grandchildren, Isabelle Nuckles, Damion Partusch, Autumn Partusch, Dominic Partusch, Brie Herring, Haedyn Herring and Paislee Herring.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 3, at the Sperryville Cemetery by the Rev. Daniel D. Herring.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
