Robert Edward Waggoner, 85, died on Sunday, June 19, 2022.
He was born on Aug. 16, 1936, and was a son of the late Roy Charles Waggoner and Lorell Tittle Waggoner.
Mr. Waggoner is survived by three daughters, Lori Lynn Rogers of Wentzville, Mo., Teresa Winn of Slidell, La., and Katherine Waggoner; a son, Gary Edward Waggoner of Elkridge, Md.; a brother, Roy Charles Waggoner Jr. of Atlanta, Ga.; a sister, Barbara Daniel of Houston, Texas; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ellen Waggoner.
Services are planned for a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
