Age 56, Shenandoah, Va.
Robin Anne Glenn Foltz, 56, of Shenandoah, passed away on March 17, 2023, surrounded by her husband and children. She was born on February 21, 1967 in Washington, D.C., and was the daughter of the late Eddie Glenn Sr. of Shenandoah and the late JoAnne Shuler Glenn Hite of Shenandoah.
Robin graduated from Page County High School and went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aspen School of Nursing. She worked as a travel nurse around the country in intensive care units and emergency departments. She spent almost 26 years working for the University of Virginia Health Care System in a number of clinics, including the Surgical Trauma Burn ICU, Emergency Department, and Transplant Center. Former coworkers of Robin complimented her for training them, valued her compassion with patients, and emphasized what a huge impact she made on their nursing careers.
She is survived by her husband, David Arthur Foltz; daughters, Abigail Foltz and Krystal Foltz; a son, Caleab Foltz all of Shenandoah; step-father, Danny Hite of Luray; two brothers, Eddie Glenn of Portland Oregon and his children, Shane and Zach; Steve Glenn (Tonya Southers) of Shenandoah and their daughter Addyson.
The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton.
