November 15, 1962 — The Board of Supervisors of Page County in session on Monday of this week said it had no objection to the sale of the Andrew Jackson School property at a price of $1,200 although the board felt that this price was quite low.
The school board had requested approval of the sale to a group of citizens who had filed the lone bid and no doubt will take formal action in the near future to consummate the sale.
The purchasers contemplate converting the structure into a small garment plant.
