LURAY, Nov. 11 — During the Veterans Day celebration held at the American Legion Post in Luray, 32 citizens turned out on a rainy Wednesday morning, in the middle of a pandemic, as Post No. 22 Commander Rich Worrell presented two families with a Blue Star Certificate and Blue Star Banner.

Pictured are Commander Worrell presenting a Blue Star Banner to Mrs. Roberta Craig, grandmother of Pvt. Dante Seal, U.S. Army stationed in South Korea, and of Robert Jennings, U.S. Navy, stationed in Japan.

Not present, but also acknowledged, was Ms. Brenda Higgs, mother of Capt. Steven Higgs, U.S. Army.
