April 24, 1986 — Luray High School recently received an Apple II E computer as a result of teacher Ray Barrier’s winning entry in a hardware grant program sponsored by the Potomac Edison Company.
More than 50 teachers through portions of PE’s service territory entered the grant program from which 15 schools were selected winners.
