ANDREW LEWIS, if he be living and if not, then all of his heirs assigns and successors in interest (and their creditors, if any, and spouses) whose last known address is totally unknown, together with any and all persons who have or claim to have or might have any interest into that certain tract or parcel of real estate lying and being situated within the corporate limits of the Town of Shenandoah, Virginia, located at the intersection of Denver Avenue and Wahnona Avenue identified as Tax Map Number 102A2-1-22-16A, all of whom are made parties hereto by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN,

ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above styled suit is to remove the cloud on title to that certain approximately 1 acre tract which is lying and being situated within the corporate limits of the Town of Shenandoah, Virginia, at the intersection of Denver Avenue and Wahnona Avenue, and is being shown on the plat of the Shenandoah Land and Improvement Company dated 1890 which is recorded in this Court’s Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 21 at Page 40 (“the plat”), upon which the subject tract is labeled as “Andrew Lewis,” the plat being attached as Exhibit 1 to the Complaint to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the tract of land, also referred to as the “subject tract” which is the subject of this suit.
And it appearing by affidavit filed according to the law that there are “Parties Unknown” being the unknown assigns and successors in interest to Andrew Lewis, and that the said Andrew Lewis is an unknown party whose addresses is unknown, as well as the names of their heirs, assigns, devisees, and successors in interest, and that there may be other Parties Unknown who may have or claim an interest in the property, it is therefore ADJUDGED and ORDERED that the said “Parties Unknown” do each appear on or before the 26th day of June, 2026, at the Clerk’s Office of this Court located at 116 South Court Street, Luray, Virginia 22835, and do what is necessary to protect their interest.
And it is further ordered that this Order be published for four successive weeks in the Page Valley News, an online newspaper in general circulation in Page County, Virginia beginning on the 1st day of May, 2026; it is also ordered that this Order be posted at the front door of the Page County Circuit Courthouse wherein this matter is now pending; and it is also ordered that a copy of this Order be mailed to any defendant at the address for the same shown by the aforesaid affidavit.
