August 14, 1908 — It has been suggested that the road officials stock the pond in the road at Beth Eden with frogs or diamond back turtles. This is a good suggestion, we think, as it would be a source of revenue, by which other points on the road could be kept in repair, then during the winter months this pond could be turned into a skating rink, thereby making a paying investment both winter and summer.
