Tammy Lynn Williams Courtney, 51, of Luray, died on March 8, 2021, at Winchester Medical Center.
She was born on November 12, 1969, and was the daughter of the late Bonnie Foster Fox and James Williams.
She is survived by a daughter, Jamie Waters and companion Carlton Biller; two brothers, Eugene “Gene” Minnick and wife Laura, and Michael Minnick and wife Cheryl; and a granddaughter, Lakelyn Biller, all of Luray; and soul sister Betty Cook of Timberville. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Tyler Waters.
A memorial service will be held at the Luray Moose Lodge at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 14. Burial will be private at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bradley Funeral Home to help with expenses.
