April 8, 1987 — Luray area shoppers can slip into something comfortable at Shoe Show, the newest store to open in the Jamesway Plaza on U.S. 211 west of Luray.
The shoe store, which opened Wednesday, is headquartered in Concord, N.C., with numerous locations in the southeast seaboard. Shoe Show branches extend as far north as New Jersey and west to Indiana.
Skip James is the store’s district manager and the Luray store will be managed by Janet Hill.
