SHENANDOAH — Earlier this month, Mayor Clinton Lucas Jr. presented a $30,000 donation from the Town of Shenandoah to the Shenandoah Recreation League for equipment and upgrades at the Shenandoah Ball Park. Pictured are Shenandoah Rec League Board Member Brittany Alger, Tucker Baugher, Brynlee Wolfe, Gaige Roach, and Mayor Clinton Lucas Jr. The donation came from the Town’s American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.
