Vickers ‘would be an excellent Mayor’

Letter

Dear Editor,

I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Ron Vickers, your mayoral candidate, for the past six years.

During his time as a teacher at Sherando High School, he was active in providing the school with their wants and needs. He would endlessly have other teachers visit him for favors such as fixing chairs, laser engraving clipboards, or making their wives Christmas gifts three days before winter break — all of which Ron would happily serve them without hesitation.

Ron is a go-getter, a helper, and a creative thinker. If there is a problem, he can come up with a solution (or several). I, without a doubt, believe he would be an excellent Mayor for the Town of Luray. He would indeed use the same energy and passion to provide and give back to what his town needs and deserves.

Please take the time to consider and vote for this wonderful person, Ron Vickers for Mayor.

Thank you!

Lyndsay Almarode ~ Maurertown, Va.
