November 18, 1965 — Grace’s Lunch was sold Saturday to Stanford A. Smith, who took over the business Saturday night.

Mrs. Grace Jarrell McAlister, who has owned and operated the business since July 29, 1954, a period of 11 years, three months and 13 days, plans to retire and enjoy her home.

The many friends and the many people she has faithfully served during the years regret to see her leave the business, but are unanimous in wishing her much enjoyment and happiness in her retirement.

Mr. and Mrs. McAlister reside on 10th Street in Shenandoah. Mrs. McAlister feels that her home will occupy most of her time.
