LURAY, Oct. 26 — Despite already stacking up a solid resume of accolades as a sophomore, Luray’s Davey Johnson had his best day yet as a cross country runner at the 2022 Bull Run District championships on Wednesday at Chrisman Field.

Not only did Johnson win the boys cross country district title, but his time of 16:30.49 marks the best ever recorded at LHS, and the best time ever recorded at Chrisman Field.
